A large private day nursery open from 8.00am to 6.30pm and are registered to cater for babies and children from 3 months to 5 years are looking for a pre-school teacher with a minimum qualification of BA honours in Early childhood studies teachers with QTS and experience within Early Years can also be considered.

There is a happy and relaxed atmosphere throughout the nursery and children attending the nursery join an environment which is purposely structured to offer the security, happiness and care which a child would expect to experience at home.
The nursery also offers the added advantage of the stimulation, social development and learning experiences available through participation in group activities.
The children are cared for in groups and parents can be assured that their children will experience the security of having a special carer – a key worker with whom they can build a close relationship.

The staff are fully qualified, with years of experience, each providing their own particular skills. It is important that staff recognise and understand that the children are individuals with a variety of needs. The training and expertise will enable them to recognise these and provide activities and care that develop their individual growth with a view that each child reaches their full potential.

To be considered for this position you should be available immediately and able to work on a full time basis. You will be required to do a days trial at the nursery and attend an interview with the Nursery Owner and manager. You should hold a consistent career history and be able to provide us with references from your most recent employer.
